The empirical result was PASS, not EXCEEDS.

Three-condition hierarchy

The empirical result was PASS (96.7% retrieval-equivalent) — not EXCEEDS. Archive pre-processing strips per-bin noise, eliminating the mechanism that drives Supra-Trit effects. nextX characterised the exact three-condition hierarchy that determines when the property holds, and published it as part of the Generation-5 substrate whitepaper.

Sayed Amir Karim is Founder, CEO and Sole Director of nextX AG. He is the Inventor of Record on all 25 USPTO patent filings underlying the AQEA platform. Prior to founding nextX, he led engineering and innovation work at Bosch, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Trumpf, OWIPEX, and Forschungszentrum Jülich. He is the sole director and founder of nextX AG.
